FIS is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Executive to lead new business development for our insurance technology solutions across Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Poland, you’ll work with insurers to modernize policy administration, improve operational efficiency, and respond to evolving regulatory and customer demands.About the Product

As insurers face rising claims costs and regulatory complexity, the demand for scalable, flexible technology is accelerating.Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition across the CEE region, focusing on insurers in Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progression through the sales cycle.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to regional insurance trends and client needs.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand operational challenges and position FIS solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with internal product, solution, and delivery teams to craft compelling, client-specific proposals.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM (Dynamics) and report on pipeline health and performance.
- Stay informed on regional insurance regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Promote the full suite of FIS insurance solutions, including policy administration, risk management, and compliance tools.
- Proven sales experience in financial or insurance technology, ideally within the CEE region.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, policy administration, and regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in Polish and English (additional CEE languages a plus).
- A well-established network within the regional insurance community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
