
IT Operations Specialist (IT Service Management)

- Collaborate closely with Service Managers and support teams to maintain manufacturing solutions and ensure compliance with ITPF and security standards.
- Provide advanced support for manufacturing systems, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance to team members as needed.
- Collaborate with global teams and supporting manufacturing processes.
- Working closely with L2 and SMEs to maintain the service properly.
- Prepare high quality documentation and procedures related to the IT processes.
- Be part of the escalation team and participate in major issues.
- Monitor performance and availability of IT services
- Prepare reports about service performance and its SLAs.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in IT operations or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as LESMES is preferred.
- Optional: Understanding of ITIL practices especially incident and change management.
- Experience with ITSM tool like Service-Now.
- Experience/familiarity with JIRA
- Strong soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage crisis situations and navigate through
- Completed studies in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in understanding network infrastructure and operations.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
- English proficiency is required.
