You'll ensure the highest standards of quality across manufacturing processes, making a significant impact on product compliance and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., industrial cross-functional teams, NCR teams, and manufacturing teams), lead process improvements such as DpU/External Demerit analysis, and contribute to initiatives like Process FMEA and Quality Control Plan updates, and much more.We’ll look to you for:Supporting the decision for all Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) and keeping NO GO veto rights when necessaryStopping production when mandatory reasons arise, such as safety-related reworkParticipating in Criticality Matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)Leading FAR and participating in FMR/SMRImplementing and regularly updating Quality Control Plans during pre- and serial manufacturing activitiesManaging Internal NCR by supporting the NCR team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)Participating in customer inspectionsQualifying manufacturing teams regarding Self-InspectionManaging Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)Performing Workstation Audits and follow-upsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
