- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, and live chat.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues related to our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of our advertising products and services.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Generate reports on common customer issues to inform product and service improvements.
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback on customer sentiments and needs to inform future marketing strategies.
