💡Your role in a nutshellWe're looking for a Senior Digital Project Contractor to drive the execution of multiple interconnected digital workstreams for a major global brand launch.
This role covers content development, promo website delivery, social & eCommerce assets, as well as strategic partnerships with top-tier partners.This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a contractor with proven senior-level project management skills, strong stakeholder communication, and a solid track record of delivering creative and digital assets across global, cross-functional teams.✨Job Details:

Contract Type: Freelance / Fixed-Term (Oct 2025 - Aug 2026)
Location: Remote (flexible across Europe)
Seniority: Mid-to-Senior Level

🥇 What keeps you busy during the day:Website & Promo Site Delivery

Lead production of a new brand microsite and promotional landing pages
Coordinate workflow between UX/UI design, copywriting, legal, and IT
Oversee QA, SEO integration, localization, and handover to go-live

Partnership Content (Netflix, Live Nation)

Manage timelines and asset development for branded partnerships
Track legal approvals, platform formatting, and brand/IP alignment
Coordinate with external creative vendors (agencies, UGC, influencers)

eCommerce Assets

Oversee eRetail content production across platforms and markets
Manage asset adaptation, copy, SEO, and delivery for local teams
Align eComm execution with Trade Marketing and regional teams

Social & Digital Assets

Track and traffic campaign assets (social templates, visuals, short-form)
Ensure consistency across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
Handle creative approvals and feedback efficiently

Cross-Functional Project Management

Maintain master timelines, risk logs, and trackers
Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, DPU, IT, Legal)
Run weekly syncs, status updates, and post-delivery reports

✅ What we're looking for

5+ years' experience in digital project management (agency or in-house)
Proven track record delivering websites, eCommerce, and social assets
Experience coordinating global campaigns across multiple markets
Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Familiarity with QA, SEO, localization, and asset trafficking processes
Experience working with external vendors and creative agencies
Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented, proactive approach
Fluent English (written & spoken); additional European languages are a plus
