- Acting as a primary consultant and liaison for internal business departments
- Supporting operating units in designing and implementing necessary process and organisational changes
- Informing key users about new system functionalities and software releases
- Performing quality assurance and internal IT testing of SAP solutions
- Supporting the integration between SAP modules and other applications
- System customising and configuration to meet business needs
- Providing Second and Third Level Support for escalated issues
- Creating and managing detailed development requests for the SAP PP/QM modules
- Preparing and maintaining technical and functional documentation
- Managing selected projects from initiation to completion
- Leading and supporting the full implementation cycle of SAP solutions (from blueprint to go-live and support)
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the SAP PP (Production Planning) module
- First practical experience with the SAP QM (Quality Management) module is required
- Knowledge of other SAP modules like PM (Plant Maintenance), SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), or WMS (Warehouse Management) is a significant advantage
- Solid understanding of end-to-end SAP processes with a strong focus on production, logistics, and their interfaces
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ABAP knowledge (e.g., debugging) is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Very good command of English (knowledge of German is a beneficial asset, but is not a requirement)
- Full-time role, with UoP Contract
