Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management
Background in a software house or digital agency environment – delivering tailor-made solutions
Experience working with mobile and web applications
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Full project ownership – including presales, implementation, budgeting, scheduling, and scope management
Collaboration with international clients – primarily in Poland and Belgium
Experience working with distributed teams (PL + BE)
Excellent command of English (C1/C2) – daily communication with clients
Strong multitasking and self-organization skills
Close cooperation with engineering and delivery teams
Independent, assertive, and solution-oriented approach – no need for micromanagement
