As an AI Researcher, you will:Work closely with the CEO and other researchers—either in Warsaw or remotely—on defining and executing scientific experiments.Take ownership of the full model development cycle: from formulating hypotheses and preparing data, through prototyping and evaluation, to integration with our shared code repository.Rigorously test and evaluate forecasting models and risk management systems, delivering clear, data-driven experimental reports.Transform research code into production-ready implementations where appropriate, ensuring reproducibility of results without limiting innovation.Contribute expert knowledge: document findings, support and mentor colleagues, and, where relevant, publish or present groundbreaking achievements at leading AI conferences.RequirementsPhD or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.Experience with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Additional Assets:Strong understanding of the latest ML trends, including:Reinforcement Learning (e.g., policy optimization, actor-critic methods)Transformer architectures and attention mechanismsMixture-of-Experts models or sparse-routing techniquesGraph Neural Networks (GNNs) or other approaches to structured dataExperience contributing to open-source ML libraries or publishing state-of-the-art results.
