Do you want to be at the heart of global supply chain decision-making and make a real impact?We’re looking for an experienced Supply Planner to join our central planning team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes proactive ownership.As our Supply Planner, you’ll take responsibility for end-to-end planning of finished goods and raw materials across Aira’s global network. You’ll play a key role in balancing demand and supply, driving our planning processes (S&OP/S&OE), and ensuring reliable supply to support our fast-paced growth.What you will be doing
- Own and optimise supply plans in Dynamics 365 F&O
- Balance inventory across regions to meet service levels, cost, and working capital targets
- Drive forecast accuracy and manage net demand inputs from multiple markets
- Act as the main point of contact for factories and global suppliers
- Identify supply gaps and proactively manage risks to avoid disruptions
- Plan raw materials and finished goods in close collaboration with procurement and production
- Lead phase-in/phase-out activities and manage planning parameters
- Participate in the monthly S&OP cycle and weekly S&OE execution forums
- Ensure visibility and alignment between demand, inventory, production, and capacity

- 3+ years of experience in global supply planning
- Proven background in demand planning, inventory control, and material planning
- Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, especially planning modules
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – you’ll interact globally every day
- Experience in multi-tier supply chains, multi-market planning, and transformation projects is a plus
- A structured, analytical mindset and high attention to detail
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable driving change in a fast-paced environment
