Regional Internal Talent Acquisition (ITA) DirectorWe're looking for a passionate and strategic Regional Internal Talent Acquisition (ITA) Director to join our team at Randstad, in either Poland or Budapest. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving internal recruitment strategies that directly impact our business and revenue.Reporting to the Enterprise Global Leader of Internal Talent Acquisition, you will oversee internal recruitment for global accounts across five key specialisms:Life Sciences, Healthcare, and PharmaTechnology (IT, AI, Digital, Data, etc.)Advanced Manufacturing (including Automotive, Aerospace, and Defense)Banking and Financial ServicesFMCG, Logistics, and RetailYou will be a key partner to our Regional Managing Directors and leadership teams, focused on achieving business objectives and revenue targets by sourcing, securing, and retaining top internal talent. As an integral part of the global ITA leadership team, you will also play a crucial role in driving transformation, digitalization, and analytics across all three regions.What You'll DoPeople ManagementCo-own and drive development programs for a global, functionally-aligned ITA team.Spearhead 360-degree feedback using a skills-first approach to improve performance.Develop and train the ITA team in best practices, positioning them as a leading HR solutions provider.Create a unique and motivating Randstad culture to ensure high retention rates.Analyze new starter failure and performance data to lower attrition.Identify and cultivate future leaders within the ITA function, creating development opportunities.Serve as an inspirational leader, managing difficult situations with trust and integrity.Stakeholder EngagementProactively participate in and coordinate all commercial activities.Uncover and present business proposals and trends to ensure Randstad's GITA remains a leader in the industry.Lead regional communications at GITA gatherings, providing key insights into methodology, market trends, and talent pools.Partner with senior leadership to ensure a seamless recruitment process from requisition to hire.Collaborate with People Experience and Talent Management teams to ensure robust onboarding processes.Communicate key insights and data from workforce planning and other tools to regional and global stakeholders.Third-Party EngagementManage third-party partnerships to drive ITA transformation.Promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by engaging and hiring top talent from competitors through social media and other platforms.Create new tools and methods to transform recruitment methodologies and data analytics.Support senior-level candidate sourcing and hiring for the leadership team.Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and market trends to ensure our strategies are always evolving.Maintain a strong professional online presence for yourself and the team to build a robust candidate network.Who We Are Looking ForYou are an experienced leader with a proven track record in talent acquisition and people management.
