It isn’t a question.The Artwork Coordinator is a new role within the newly established centralized Artwork Hub and is designed to facilitate product artwork delivery and support the new centralized Artwork team.The role is expected to provide input and support for continuous improvement within the artwork ecosystem and the individual is responsible for ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of artwork. Building relationships with internal and sometimes external functions involved in the artwork process is crucial, as this person will act as a coordinator and expert for overall artwork delivery.Become the key link in our artwork journey—where precision meets collaboration. Apply now!Key responsibilitiesAccountable for delivery for all artwork creation and approval activities; Includes creation of project plans and timelines, deliverable assignments, status tracking, escalationsEnsures GxP process compliance to deliver on-time and accurate artworkActs as a subject matter expert in the artwork management system; delivers training and guidance to functionsManages the resolution of technical and Studio queries to meet project milestonesAttends project meetings and communicates with Studio counterparts, as requiredMay act as a proxy for manufacturing sites or internal functions without direct access to the artwork management systemSupports initiatives to improve data integrity across the end-to-end process, partnering with other functions as requiredOffers recommendations and business case for procedural and service improvements and enhancements; supports implementation of process improvements, as applicableQualifications and skills2+ years business experienceExperience in three of the following: artwork coordination, packaging design, external studio, printers, logistics, manufacturing, GxP processes, FMCG or other related supply operationsExperience with SAP, Veeva highly regarded but not essentialAbility to deliver operational excellence and coordinate complex tasksStrong stakeholder managementProject management and issue mitigation/escalationExcellent communication skillsAdvanced English skills (C1 level); proficiency in other European languages will be considered an advantage.Opportunities for growthNone of us should ever feel like we are standing still.
