In addition, the company offers an annual performance bonus, professional development opportunities, and a team culture rooted in innovation, energy, and excellence.We are currently seeking an experienced RTR Accountant with strong French language skills to join the international finance team. This role focusses on Fixed Assets management, lease accounting under IFRS 16, and general ledger activities. The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of accounting experience, a solid understanding of international standards, and the ability to collaborate across borders.Key Responsibilities:

Manage general ledger activities in line with local and international accounting standards (IFRS)
Handle Fixed Assets processes: capitalization, depreciation, revaluation, and disposals
Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 for lease accounting
Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
Prepare financial reports and support internal and external audits
Collaborate with local and international teams, especially French-speaking stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, including RTR / GL functions
Solid knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 16
Hands-on experience in Fixed Assets accounting
Proficiency in French (min. B2) and good command of English
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
