Find yourself welcome in our diverse and inclusive culture, working alongside a team of experts around the world, where you are valued for who you are and rewarded for what you bring.About the Role:As an Associate Finance Controller with Polish language skills, you will perform end-to-end accounting activities, deliver financial book close requirements timely based on set deadlines, and ensure compliance with relevant financial controls and statutory requirements as determined globally and locally. You will complete deliverables and other assigned tasks within targeted timelines and SLAs, including timely response to inquiries. Your role will involve proactively highlighting any performance/process gaps and room for improvement, and following up with the relevant stakeholders. You will deliver tax and audit requirements on established deadlines, serve as a back-up resource in the absence of other team members, and perform other tasks and ad hoc activities as deemed necessary.You will perform monthly balance sheet reviews for in-scope entities, including verifying accuracy and substantiation of all relevant accounts, and implementing appropriate action points in case of deviation from acceptable accounting principles. Conducting financial statement analysis, coordinating with various process owners to consolidate specific accounting and tax information (as necessary), and providing reports on operational results will be crucial. You will coordinate with internal and external auditors as required, ensure corporate governance policies and procedures are in place and up to date, and adhere to the RICC control framework, performing controls attestation. Additionally, you will support the Region Team for region-related projects and requirements if any.Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Polish & English: Strong communication skills in both languages for handling business correspondence and customer interactions.
  • End-to-End Accounting Knowledge: Extensive experience in performing end-to-end accounting activities and ensuring compliance with financial controls and statutory requirements.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Ability to conduct financial statement analysis, verify accuracy of accounts, and provide reports on operational results.
  • Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Experience in identifying performance/process gaps, implementing solutions, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Tax and Audit Expertise: Knowledge of delivering tax and audit requirements, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring corporate governance policies are up to date.
