This role requires to manage Incidents, Problems and Change Requests. The Management of risks and priorities will be part of the service performance. Another key element is the ability to communicate effectively across multiple groups to influence service outcomes and manage change requests.Drive service excellence in Supply Chain applications—join us!Key Roles & Responsibilities:Manage service operations for the life cycle of existing and new services and applications.Continuously improve services performance collaborating with Regional teams, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Product Owners and external 3rd party support teams.Drive process improvements, removing variation and removing inefficiencies from processes in Service Performance.Support timely service transition and stabilisation as products are transitioned from the development to the operational lifecycle stage.Monitor service performance against SLAs and produce service reports and escalate as required for business-critical impact.Define, document, agree, monitor, measure, report and review the level of IT services provided.Determine, document and agree requirements for new services and produce Service Level Requirements.Taking the team through Agile/DevOps transformation. Ensure the service management discipline is embedded in the way the DevOps teams operate.Managing external service providers and service contracts.Managing flex capacity - external vendor delivery teams.Why you?Essential qualifications & skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Sciences or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in the roles like: Service Manager or IT Delivery ManagerDemonstrated success in Managing IT services and projects to meet the needs of business within agreed SLAs, time and budgetDemonstrated up to date knowledge of service operations policies, processes, procedures for service delivery, and reporting procedures. In particular the applications and continuous improvement of ITIL processesDemonstrates an understanding of service definition and process improvement methodologiesFamiliar with: Enterprise applications, ITIL based service management practices, Vendor Management, GXP systemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence others, make technical decisions and initiate actionsPreferred qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Knowledge and experience of ITIL based service management practicesExperience working with Six Sigma/Lean Sigma processes and toolsKnowledge of service operations, processes, service delivery, reporting, and continuous improvementOpportunities for growthNone of us should ever feel like we are standing still.
