Work with local and international commercial teams
Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions growing business in Poland.
Track and monitor key metrics of the assigned projects, to measure success, providing the appropriate visibility to the Regional Director
Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights and actions. Design and coordinate a best-in-class execution of the local strategies
Develops and maintains key business dashboards (automation, sources of truth)
Identifying top accounts of competitors and other market intelligence analyses
Supporting area/territory managers in local strategies
Supporting regional AMs in daily work (promos, ads, pitching, tools, performance analyses)
Proposing out-of-the-box initiatives that boost various scopes (menu quality, content variety, cross-selling)
Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available ones
Provide expertise to local team, offering technical expertise and strategic insights for enhanced analysis

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE3 years of work experience on analytical roles leading analysis and turning insights into actions (business analysis preferred) * Must have strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).

Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must
Proficiency in data storytelling, distilling complex concepts into accessible narratives, with documents and/or presentations, for audiences with diverse backgrounds.
SQL proficiency is mandatory.
Good fundamental Python for analytics knowledge (pandas, visualization libraries, and basic understanding of ML and statistics) is a plus
Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. is a plus
Hands-on attitude is a must. You'll have to roll up your sleeves!
Proficiency in English is a must
