- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve product development and service delivery.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and persuading various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, startup environment with a flat organizational structure.
- Experience with CRM tools and digital sales strategies is preferred.
