- Drive the continuous improvement and expansion of our Finance Academy to ensure it meets our organizational needs;
- Evaluate the organization's training needs and requirements and identify and choose suitable training concepts;
- Act as a main point of contact for training topics within our Finance community for tax, accounting, and finance;
- Care responsibility for delivering comprehensive training on core controlling topics in various formats;
- Ensure the quality of trainings provided by the Finance Academy;Validate potential Financial Management System account updates and ensure their inclusion in our reporting structure;
- Collaborate with relevant departments to seamlessly integrate updates and changes into our Financial Management System;
- Participate in projects with key relevance to Corporate Controlling.
- Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, business information technology, or a comparable field, with several years of experience in Controlling;
- Very good knowledge of controlling and/or financial reporting;
- Experience in developing and delivering training content for financial topics;
- Ability to effectively present training content to diverse audiences;Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Think-Cell);
- Business fluent in English; German would be an advantage;
- Detail-oriented and accurate, with the flexibility to adapt and perform well in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments;
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in international teams and support others in a dynamic environment.
