
(Junior) IT Customer Support Agent

- Provide first-level IT support for internal users (HR, Procurement, Finance, Authorizations, Infrastructure)
- Working with SAP system and access administration (creating, modifying, and revoking authorizations)
- Handling technical queries via phone, e-mail, and ticketing tools
- Troubleshooting system/application issues and forwarding more complex cases to relevant teams
- Supporting users with system functionalities and service requests
- Maintaining and updating process documentation
- Building positive and professional relationships with users

- Flexible working hours from Monday till Friday (start work between 6:00 and 10:00 am)

- Previous customer service or IT support experience would be an advantage
