REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT service environments in senior roles, including leadership responsibility.
At least 6 years of hands-on experience as a Transition & Transformation Manager in large-scale, complex outsourcing projects.
Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and delivering transition & transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multicultural and cross-functional teams in international environments.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
