Senior Financial Controller / Finance Manager (Real Estate)

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Monitoring of the performance and KPIs
• Responsible for Financial Reporting of consolidated and standalone financial information (PAS & IFRS)
• Support in budgeting and forecasting
• Participation in the Group's year-end close process
• Preparation of ad-hoc analysis as required by the Board
• Supervision of external accountants and accuracy of the bookkeeping
• Cooperation with the Group's auditors
• Cash management of the Group
• Reporting to the financing institutions
• Project management in the area of finance and accounting
• Preparation of new templates and ability to improve support tools
• Have an active role in future implementation of new systems
• Active participation in the investment and financing processes

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, in audit or as a part of financial reporting/controlling team, managerial experience and experience in the Real Estate companies will be seen as a plus
• Strong commercial attitude and perfect knowledge of IFRS
• Recognized professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CFA) or pursuing such qualification
• Perfect command of English (C1 level)
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
• The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and a self-starter
• Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business as well as part of finance team
• Candidate can work under pressure and deliver tasks under time restraints
