Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PowerApps & Power Automate Developer with experience in Python and Microsoft Dataverse to join our Business Intelligence Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end business applications that streamline internal workflows, integrate data, and support strategic decision-making. The first project will involve the development of a custom PowerApp integrated with Power Automate and Dataverse, including database modeling and process automation.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate,
Build data models and integrate with Microsoft Dataverse,
Collaborate with BI engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and database modeling,
Experience with relational databases and data integration,
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services is a plus,
Fluent in English & Polish (written and spoken).

Nice to have requirements:

Proficiency in Python for backend logic or data integration tasks,
Experience in Business Intelligence / Data Engineering environments,
Understanding of API integrations and RESTful services,
Knowledge of agile methodologies or project management tools.

Additional InformationWork is conducted in a hybrid system: 3 days per week from the office in Poznań, Warsaw or Lublin.
