You will lead collaborative partnerships with functional stakeholders to develop and execute innovative datacapture methods that facilitate informed decision-making.Your contributions will directly impact our mission to improve lives worldwide through cutting-edge healthcare solutions.Hybrid Working:At Astellas we recognise the importance of balancing your work and home life, so we offer a hybrid working solution allowing time to connect with colleagues in person at the office alongside the flexibility to work from home; optimising the most productive work environment for you to succeed and deliver.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of reliable, actionable analyses to internal customers, ensuring best practices in resource management are developed and maintained.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Insights, Operational Planning, and other stakeholders to support resource management decisions.
  • Manage the integration of resource and capacity data from multiple global systems, ensuringdata quality and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective collaborations with key stakeholders to support resource management initiatives.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management processes related to resource management functionality, ensuring system improvements are effectively implemented.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in resource planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and resource management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Planisware, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Certifications in project management or data analysis are a plus.
Education:
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
Additional information:
  • This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
