We are looking for an experienced Test Manager / Test Managerka to join an international project in the steelmaking industry. If you have deep expertise in test management for industrial platforms and want to work fully remote on large-scale, cutting-edge solutions, this role is for you.Test Manager (heavy industry)Reference number: PL25/IC/TESTMANAGER/REMOTEWorkplace: PoznańKey Responsibilities

Develop and oversee L2/L3 testing strategy for the integrated production platform
Advise the Product Platform Lead on testing methodologies and ERP best practices
Coordinate and mentor L2 suppliers, ensuring alignment with project standards
Analyze and optimize E2E steelmaking processes, with a focus on L2-L4 integration
Supervise functional testing across PSI Metals MES, Danieli automation (hot rolling), and SMS Group EAF (cold rolling), integrated with SAP ERP
Ensure data consistency and seamless information flow between MES, L2 automation, and ERP systems

Candidate ProfileWe value professionals who bring strong leadership and technical depth. Specifically, we look for:

Minimum 10 years' experience in test management within heavy industry (steelmaking preferred)
Excellent communication skills at a strategic client level
In-depth knowledge of L2-L4 process chains in modern steel mills
Expertise in PSI Metals MES, Danieli automation, and SMS Group EAF technologies
Proven track record in MES-ERP (SAP) integration
Strong functional understanding of E2E steelmaking processes

Nice to have:

Experience in consulting and mentoring L2 suppliers
Awareness ofIndustry 4.0 trends
Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid project methodologies
