SplunkQualificationsBS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.Experience in ITSM standards, service event management activities, incident management and application development lifecycle.Proven track record in supporting production applications to facilitate change and incident activities.Understanding algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipelines, and application lifecycle managementSystematic problem-solving approach coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.Experience in dealing with demanding situations and making decisions with a sense of urgency.Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and “Run” activities.Willing to voice your opinions, receive and provide feedback while being honest and respectfulAbout The CompanyMastercard is a global technology company in the payments industry.
