
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner with French (m/f/d) Hybrid / Remote

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and referrals, to attract talent.
- Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Pre-screen qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, and extend offers to finalists.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and CRM systems.
- Market Intelligence: Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labor market insights that inform recruitment strategies.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Intermediate experience as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency. Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for manufacturing or distribution roles is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS. Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Languages: Business fluency in English and proficiency in French is required.
