Come join us!About the role:The Corporate Systems Team Europe, which is a part of Global Technology, is responsible for developments, improvements, hosting and maintaining of the Corporate Systems, like ERP and CRM systems, robotics and Atlassian Suite. We work each day together with our Business Partners to improve the systems, ensure a high quality and high availability of the systems. The focus is to support customer needs through our business partners each day.In our Organization in Germany we are hosting and maintaining SAP Business by Design. For our SAP Admin team we are looking for an Administrator.Right now, we are looking for a new employee for our team who wants to be part of driving continued success for us.Your passion: The very best day at work is when you have done amazing new developments in with high acceptance from our Business Partners.Responsibilities

Administration of several SAP BusinessByDesign tenants in the central IT
Contact person (m/f/d) for problem analysis, application care and support for SAP end users, internal and external partners in the SAP environment
Implementation and participation in the conception of requirements in SAP BusinessByDesign
First & Second Level Support for SAP BusinessByDesign, incident and SAP hotline support
Coordination or cooperation with other application managers on interfaces
Execution, planning and documentation of tests, data migrations
Ensuring and further developing business processes in the managed systems and interfaces (Nexnet, OneSAP-BSI, Olus, Salesforce, QlikView and EasyArchive)

Experience

3+ years of experience in SAP BusinessByDesign or ERP Cloud solutions (Dynamics Cloud, SAP Business One, SAPS/4Hana Cloud)
General understanding of ERP processes
Technical education - University or related
A hands-on approach and creativity, think out of the box
Familiarity of Agile methodologies
A strong digital mind-set and an experience from working with UiPath
A positive and flexible attitude with great collaboration skills
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
