In the hearts of Wrocław and Kraków, we have gathered over 700 tech wizards - and let them do their magic.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Analytics Engineer to join our growing data team in Poland. In this role, you'll act as the link between data engineering and data analysis, building robust, well-documented data models that support reliable reporting and informed decision-making across the organisation.Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain scalable, well-structured data models using tools such as dbt and SQL within our cloud data platforms.
Develop and own the semantic/analytical layer, defining consistent metrics, dimensions and business logic to ensure a single source of truth across reports and dashboards.
Build and manage data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data availability.
Work closely with analysts, data scientists and stakeholders to deliver clean, well-documented datasets tailored to business needs.
Promote best practices in data modelling, transformation, and governance.
Monitor pipeline performance and resolve data quality or processing issues.
Support the development and optimisation of the company's data infrastructure and workflows.

Key skills and experience:ESSENTIAL

Experience in analytics engineering, data engineering or a related role.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data transformation tools (e.g. dbt).
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Experience with version control (e.g. Git) and agile development practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both Polish and English), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

DESIRABLE

Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, Prefect).
Knowledge of Python and software engineering principles.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Background in analytics, statistics, or a relevant STEM discipline.
