- Administer and maintain the enova365 ERP system, including configuration, updates, and user management
- Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues related to enova365 HR&Payroll module
- Collaborate with implementation and business teams to support new functionalities and process improvements
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate with partners for technical support and upgrades
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures
- Participate in testing and deploying new features or customizations
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical-related inquiries and issue resolution
- Technical and substantive support for the payroll department, ongoing assistance
- Support the system setup for new customers, as well as in the existing customer segment if required
- Responsible for implementation projects, implementing them and handing them over to our internal support and/or managed service department after successful testing
- Configure and customize the Enova software/system to meet the customer's requirements: wage types, reports, master data maintenance, etc.
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of our software and service processes
- Several years of experience in the Polish payroll sector
- Expert knowledge of Enova system
- Experience in customer implementation
- Understanding of business processes in HR, payroll
- English language skills at B2 level
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders internally and externally at all levels
- Proactive and independent, able to deliver with minimal supervision
- Analytical thinking and quick perception
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoin
