- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, international environments.
- Solid understanding of IT project lifecycle (SDLC), change control, and testing processes.
- Experience with business process modeling, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English (minimum B2/C1) – written and spoken.
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a dynamic project environment.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, finance, insurance).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (IIBA, PMI-PBA), Agile (Scrum, SAFe), or ITIL/DevOps.
Work Mode: Hybrid – 6 days per month onsite
