If you are proactive, open to learning, and ready to contribute with a strong team spirit — we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the quality and timeliness of processing invoices, travel expense reports, and intercompany transactions (IC).Support the organization with accounting knowledge and perform operational tasks.You are responsible for:Posting PO and non-PO invoices according to Hempel procedures.Audit and posting of travel expense reports (Concur, Detect).Registration and reconciliation of IC transactions, confirm balances.Verifying the correctness of postings (cost centers, units, VAT, employee ID).Reconciliation of AP-GL accounts, posting accruals, perform currency revaluations.Contacting suppliers, employees, and local teams to resolve discrepancies.Supporting internal and external audits.You are right fit if:You have university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related areaMinimum 2 years of experience in Account Payable or similar finance areaYou are fluent in English language (minimun B2 level)You present knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)You have hands-on experience in D365, AX2009, SAP, SAP Concur or similarYou are a good problem solver who enjoys collaborating with teamYou can take initiative and ownership in dynamic work environmentWe offer:Hybrid work-model/flexible working hoursAnnual bonusPrivate health care package (fully financed by company)Group insuranceBenefits cafeteria with Multisport card co-financedAccess to Hempel Academy learning platformExtra paid long holidaysAdditional detailsOur office is in Gdansk, Poland.
