This role suits someone with a passion for creating seamless digital experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.How you’ll spend your day

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design efforts, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design handoff.
Use Figma to create and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency.
Apply UX/UI best practices and design standards tailored to the commercial banking and finance industry.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
Advocate for users and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing.

You'll be successful if you have

Proven expertise in Figma and UX/UI design tools.
Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles, including accessibility, responsive design, and usability.
Experience designing for commercial banking or financial applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, user-centered design projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global, cross-functional team.
Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
