Responsible for partner identity verification, capability certification, etc.
Responsible for the daily management of partner incentives and ensuring the timely distribution of incentives.
Organize partner policy training, process empowerment, etc., to improve partners' operational capabilities.
Responsible for partner data quality management, as well as the empowerment and application of internal digital tools.

Requirements:

At least bachelor's degree in Management, International Business, Economics or related disciplines.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret and manipulate data effectively.
Relevant experience in operations or project management is essential.
A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and contribute to a positive work
