Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.Responsibilities:Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipmentPrepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new productsPerforms product validation testing for software and hardwareUtilizes continuous improvement tools and methodologies to implement process and equipment improvements that will reduce cycle time, process variation, defects, test times, and costsParticipates in defining test objectives, strategies, and standards in order to minimize test escapes, reduce cost and maximize yieldsMass production maintenanceLeads the team to complete the customer's product and process control requirement & customer auditRequirements:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / electronic engineering or similarMinimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing process engineering fieldExperience with ICT (w/ FEASA, or Flashing) and FCT, also On-board FlashExperience with EOL tests (Electronic & Photometric) and Leakage test.Experience with Lighting Pattern Test will be an advantageExperience with different product test strategyFamiliar with FMEA, MSA, DFx, well know of TS16949 standard requirement will be an advantageBasic understanding with testing programming with one of languages VB.net, C# and Labview, be able to read and modify test program based on test specificationFamiliar with test instruments, power supply, DAQ, DMM and E-LoadKnowledge of CAN and LIN protocol would be betterKnowledge of TRI and SPEA ICT testing, basic knowledge of ICT testing principleFollowing the knowledge of IATF16949,ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirementsFamiliar with office suiteGood English skillsAbility to working in onsiteWould be a good planner, good listener, good communicator, trusted leader and well organizedWe offer:
