For our customer, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Virtual Workplace Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in End User Services and proven experience designing and supporting Managed and Virtual Workplace environments in hybrid-cloud setups.You will act as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, lead architectural discussions, and ensure smooth delivery and high-quality standards across all solutions.Project information:
- Location: Remote
- Type of employment: B2B contract
- Remuneration: 150 - 160 PLN/hour net + VAT on B2B
- Project language: German + English
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications related to Virtual and Managed Workplace services
- Design and architect solutions in End User Services, Managed Workplace, and Virtual Workplace environments
- Work closely with the client to ensure alignment on architecture and delivery expectations
- Oversee the handover to delivery teams and ensure a seamless transition
- Apply automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards
- Fluent in English and German
- 4-8 years of experience in End User Services
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Managed Workplace and Virtual Workplace solutions
- Experience working in hybrid-cloud environments
- Solid knowledge of Citrix and Virtual Workplace support
- Basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with cloud-native solutions and automation/scripting tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and servant leadership skills
- Knowledge of CCP, COS, and DOP methodologies
- Understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and mobile device security
