If you are looking to push the boundaries of innovative performance solutions, we invite you to apply.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner, and integrate with CI tools like Jenkins and GitHub ActionMaintain and scale the performance testing framework to support different environmentsUtilize various monitoring tools and APM systems to gather performance metricsAnalyze performance data to identify issues and bottlenecks across different system componentsProvide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance system performanceCollaborate with DevOps, Developers, QA, and DM to align performance testing objectives with project goalsAdapt performance testing practices to Agile environments, including Scrum and KanbanPrepare detailed performance test reports using tools such as Grafana and ConfluenceTrack performance test activities and results using tools like JiraCommunicate complex performance issues and solutions effectively across different organizational levelsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of performance testing and analysis experience1+ years of relevant leadership experienceStrong understanding of performance testing methodologies and non-functional requirements (NFRs)Hands-on experience with load testing tools such as Apache JMeter and HP LoadRunnerProficiency in various monitoring tools and APM systems including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, or ELK KibanaSkills in CI/CD integration for performance testing using tools like Jenkins and GitHub ActionAbility to report and present performance test results using tools like Grafana and ConfluenceExperienced in Agile methodologies like Scrum and KanbanHands-on experience with tracking tools like JiraExcellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to haveExpertise in programming languages including Java, Python, and Shell scriptingKnowledge of algorithms and data structuresWe offer/BenefitsWe gather like-minded people:
