What we’re looking for:

Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years with Node.js.
Strong skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks such as NestJS and Fastify.
Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and AWS S3.
Solid understanding of event-driven development, design patterns, and best practices.
Strong background in performance optimization, monitoring, and scalable application design.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and tools like Babel.
Ability to decompose complex tasks into actionable pieces and work independently.
Proactive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing technical documentation.

Nice to have:

Experience in digital advertising / programmatic advertising.
Familiarity with React.js and NoSQL databases.
Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments and writing bash scripts.
Knowledge of Jenkins and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress) and writing unit, functional, and integration tests.

Location: Cracow or Warsaw (hybrid – once a month from the office)

Rate: 100–150 PLN/h net + VAT
