SUMMARY💰 90 - 110 PLN/h on B2B💰 10 500 - 13 000 PLN gross on UoP📍 Kraków/Hybrid - primarily on-site, with the possibility of limited remote work💼 MidPROJECTWe are looking for an experienced ECAD Engineer to join our engineering team focused on the design and verification of multilayer PCBs for high-volume automotive or industrial electronics. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring robust, cost-effective, and production-ready electronic hardware.You will collaborate with both local and remote teams, participate in peer reviews, and follow industry-standard electrical design processes to support the development of cutting-edge electronic solutions.YOU WILL
  • Design and verify multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and manufacturability requirements
  • Create and maintain schematics, PCB layouts, electrical characteristics, and production documentation
  • Perform circuit calculations and simulations as needed to support PCB development
  • Work closely with global engineering teams and actively participate in peer reviews
  • Adhere to Electrical Design Process and company quality standards
  • Ensure the protection of sensitive company information and IP
  • Deliver tasks on time in line with project goals and documentation requirements
MUST HAVE
  • Engineering degree in Electronics or a similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in PCB design for both digital and analog circuits
  • Hands-on knowledge of microcontroller-based systems, medium-power analog circuits, and signal measurement
  • Experience in designing for EMI/EMC compliance
  • Practical experience with CAD and simulation tools for PCB development
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
  • Leadership abilities in engineering projects or design review sessions
  • Experience working in automotive or other regulated industries
