- Collaborating with factories on complete goods product availability to ensure Dealer delivery schedule dates are met.
- Sourcing orders to factories, informing Dealers and Sales Branches of orders status.
- Coordinating product delivery with forwarders.
- Manual invoicing in SAP.
- Providing and dispatching road registration documents.
- Working closely with Dealer network, Sales Branches, and other JD departments across Europe.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives according to business needs and requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing.
- University graduate.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred.
- Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills.
- Very good in English and Polish (B2+).
- Adapting easily and focusing on customer.
- Teamwork player - creating trust, with high communication skills.
- Employment contract.
