Successfully completed a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field of study
4+ years of experience in backend development with Kotlin or Java (willingness to work in Kotlin required)
Proficiency in Spring Boot and working with PostgreSQL
Experience in microservice architectures and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Kafka, and event-driven systems
Familiarity with AWS, Terraform/Open Tofu and CI/CD pipelines
Agile mindset with experience in Scrum teams
Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Fluent communication skills in English and Polish
Bonus: basic German skills and/or experience with retail or sales tools
Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office.
