Lead purchasing strategies for consumables and track project progress.
Develop strategic plans to achieve financial goals and conduct global supplier sourcing.
Implement best practices for cost optimization and resolve supplier issues.
Track key performance indicators and build supplier relationships.
Support environmental, social, and governance initiatives and integrate laboratory acquisitions.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent in Commercial, Finance, or Engineering.
5+ years in global sourcing projects.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with procure-to-pay tools like Coupa or Ariba.
