- University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of managerial experience, including leading teams of 10+ people.
- Solid background in P2P/Finance operations and understanding of accounting practices and regulations.
- Proven track record in process improvements, change management and projects.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills - ability to develop, motivate and guide your team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).
- Strong interest in process standardisation and automation.
