This role combines people leadership, process excellence, and stakeholder collaboration - perfect for someone who enjoys making an impact across people, processes, and performance.Your key responsibilitiesLead and develop the team - manage P2P Leads and Junior Managers, support team growth, training, and knowledge sharing.Oversee end-to-end P2P processes - from purchasing and invoices to travel & expenses and payments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality.Drive process improvements - monitor KPIs/SLAs, lead automation and standardization initiatives, and implement best practices.Ensure compliance and controls - safeguard processes against risks, support audits, and strengthen internal controls.Build strong partnerships - work closely with Local Finance, Procurement, Controlling, and auditors; manage escalations effectively.Deliver reporting & projects - oversee month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to local and global projects.Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
5+ years of managerial experience, including leading teams of 10+ people.
Solid background in P2P/Finance operations and understanding of accounting practices and regulations.
Proven track record in process improvements, change management and projects.
Strong leadership and coaching skills - ability to develop, motivate and guide your team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or other ERP systems.
Knowledge of additional languages.
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).
Strong interest in process standardisation and automation.
