Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the roleThe Client Delivery - Operations Team manages and maintains records of individual and corporate investors and resolves client queries.The person will be responsible for performing Indexing, Research, Transaction Processing and Quality Control functions in accordance with applicable internal policies, procedures & governing regulations. Assisting in system testing, internal and global projects and process streamlining initiatives.What you will be doing:
  • Perform all assigned transaction processing, quality control, and associated tasks and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with Client Delivery - Operations policies, procedures and governing regulations.
  • Ensure that all assigned transaction processing and quality control are completed in accordance with the quality standards and turnaround times set by the Client Delivery - Operations.
  • Assisting with Indexing, Research and Client Documents functions.
  • Carry out assigned system testing. Participate in internal and global projects and process streamlining initiatives.

  • Good English language skills
  • Communicative German language skills will be an advantage
  • 0-1 years’ experience in working with data will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, persistence and tact
  • Ability to work with a team within a global/international environment Computer literate with experience working in a Windows environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Handle internal customers’ inquiries, ability to make decision and work independently
