Our colleagues around the world help to serve millions of people around the world every month, through its well-loved consumer brands including OLX, Otodom, Property24.Join OLX and see how far you can go.Role descriptionWe're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on vast data sets, create innovative tools and deliver in-depth analysis to help make vital decisions based on data within the Analytics, Monetisation and Pricing team in OLX. We're a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building classifieds marketplaces that are used by over 330 million people every month to buy and sell almost anything.This position is hybrid - 2x office days - in either our offices in Poznan or Warsaw. Candidates must be based and eligible to work in Poland. \nWhat you'll be doing:

Work closely with the Management Team to gain exposure to strategic topics and use data to answer our most critical business questions
Work together with key commercial stakeholders on topics such as sales strategy, segmentation, competitive benchmarking, market potential assessment, performance improvement or better understanding customer behavior and value delivery
Convert data from diverse sources into actionable insights to support decision-making
Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team in Europe to exchange knowledge and ensure data and tools consistency
Lead data projects to equip business teams with tools for enhanced performance
Optimize automated processes and adopt industry best practices (including where applicable the use of AI tools/ data science methods) for the Analytics team
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to develop team skills and competencies within the analytics tribe

Who we're looking for:

Fluency in English
3+ years of experience in analytics, ideally in data, business, or product analytics roles
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and project management
Proficient in transforming unorganized data into actionable insights that fuel decisions-making
Skilled in developing hypotheses, interpreting data in a business context, and deriving actionable recommendations
Solid SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL/ Redshift preferred) and Excel, with hands-on experience in Python data analysis
Naturally curious, fostering innovation
Familiar with data visualization tools and telling stories through data (Tableau is a plus)
Experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or data-intensive businesses is highly desirable
