- The KAM is responsible for managing and developing relationships with the company's key clients, who are most critical to its revenue.
- The main goal is to maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide them with appropriate solutions.
- Responsible for planning and ensuring revenue and profit targets (annual budget) for assigned Key Accounts, with detailed planning at the customer, brand, and item levels.
- Acquiring strategic new customers in coordination with the sales management.
- Organizing and implementing sales activities, as well as actively communicating the brand and product value to our trading partners.
- Preparing the monthly forecast at the revenue, profit, volume, and cost levels, including rolling volume planning in coordination with marketing and the project management of sales for specialized trade
- Minimum 4 years’ successful experience in HVAC and Plumbing (achieving targets)
- Determination to build a career with a forward thinking business
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills both internally and externally
- Self-motivated and able to recognise new business opportunities
- Excellent planning and time management/priorities skills
- Strong IT skills e.g. CRM, SAP, QlickView, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet other tools to analyse prices/sales activity in Internet etc
- English – B2 level (minimum)
- Technical education (an advantage)
- Driving License
- Necessary job tools (laptop, phone, car, demo tools)
