- Central contact person for project management and customers for all technical matters of an order
- Functional leadership of the Engineering project team
- Coordination and clarification of technical issues with internal and external partners
- Execution and participation of internal and external Hazardous Operation and Safety Integrity studies
- Forward-looking monitoring of the project from an Engineering perspective (progress milestones, budget, opportunities & risks)
- Execution of feasibility studies
- Checks for contract conformity
- Application and justification of exceptions to the contract with the customer (Concession Requests, Deviation Requests)
- Completed studies with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering, preferably rotating machinery
- Professional experience and expertise in the field of plant engineering and construction - about 8 to 10 years
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as Project Lead Engineer
- Knowledge of our technical products and components
- Knowledge of international standards and regulations in the oil & gas business
- Knowledge of technical quality assurance as well as cost and risk awareness
- Very high team and communication skills
- Ownership culture and initiative
- Systematic and structured way of working
- Good process knowledge of project execution
- Willingness to travel on business
- Good knowledge of English
