- Lead the development team in implementing best practices and coding standards
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
- Guide the team in Agile development methodologies
- Ensure the integration of cloud solutions using GCP
- Optimize database performance and design efficient data models
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineers
- Continuously evaluate and improve system architecture for performance and scalability
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- 12+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Java 11 and above
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate
- Experience with GCP Cloud and GCP Data Store
- Proficiency in MySQL and Oracle databases
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Proficiency in Git for version control
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in technically leading teams
