
Regional Consolidations lead EMEA

- Lead the preparation and submission of accurate, timely consolidated financial statements for the EMEA region, including local statutory accounts.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, group accounting policies, and statutory reporting requirements across multiple legal entities.
- Act as the primary contact for year-end audits, preparing technical memos and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
- Advise on technical accounting matters, implementing new standards and ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations and consolidations.
- Drive continuous improvement in consolidation processes, governance, and use of reporting systems such as SAP/BPC.
- Extensive experience in public and corporate accounting, with strong exposure to IFRS and statutory reporting.
- Deep knowledge of group consolidation processes, intercompany transactions, and complex ownership structures.
- Proven experience managing external audits and engaging with senior stakeholders and auditors.
- Strong understanding of J-SOX/internal control environments and their implementation in a multinational setting.
- Successful track record in leading and developing finance teams in high-performing, global organizations.
- Recognized accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent).
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, BPC, and other consolidation/reporting systems.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong technical accounting acumen and ability to simplify complex concepts for cross-functional teams.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Substantial experience in global or regional finance roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to navigate complex financial environments.
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional, and multicultural environments

- This position is based in Warsaw (Poland)
- This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
