Enter and execute orders in SAP in cooperation with logistics
Coordinate with logistics, customers, and other internal departments the delivery details
Execute stockshifts in SAP based on the decision of the Planning team and inform logistics
Support the daily management of stock levels and taking action to ensure availability
Execute warranty exchanges based on the decision provided by the Technical Service team
Manage transport damages or hidden damages (verification with customer, contact with service, coordination with logistics)
Launch and control the process for credit and debit notes and follow them until the approval
Support payment collections from customers
Resolving customer's queries, complaints and disputes, finding and updating customer regarding possible solutions, and coordinate internally if needed
Support with additional general office tasks and reports

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Min. secondary school education or equivalent
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the field
Knowledge of SAP
Fluent written and spoken English skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
MS Office skills, esp. Excel
Analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure
