For our Client, a global leader in innovative solutions for industrial and business sectors, we are looking for an experienced professional to join their team as Accounting Team Leader with German. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that offers excellent development prospects and a strong focus on employee engagement and professional growth.Responsibilities:

managing an 8-person team in the bill-back area,
overseeing the calculation and settlement of distributor rebates for the DACH region,
coaching and developing team members, motivating them to achieve goals,
monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting results,
identifying and implementing process improvements,
collaborating with finance, sales, and pricing departments,
ensuring timely and high-quality execution of processes.

Requirements:

experience in a shared service center or multinational company,
background in finance - collections, AP, AR, billing, or related areas,
minimum 3 years of finance experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role,
strong leadership and people management skills,
fluent in English and German at minimum B2 level,
proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus,
ability to work effectively in an international environment and matrix organization.
