Experience and skills you need to join us:

4+ years of commercial product design experience, with at least one successfully launched product.
Strong UI and UX design expertise, with a portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, problem-solving approach, and measurable impact (include projects involving AI or algorithm-driven experiences if possible).
Experience designing products that leverage AI/ML or GenAI, with an understanding of unique challenges like trust, transparency, personalization, and user control.
Ability to co-create with AI tools (e.g., for ideation, content generation, or visual exploration) while maintaining a human-centered design approach.
Familiarity with responsible AI design principles, such as bias mitigation, explainable AI, and ethical design frameworks.
Experience in planning and conducting user research and workshops, including research on user interaction with AI-powered features.
Excellent communication skills (English and Polish), with the ability to present, argue, and align design solutions with stakeholders.
Self-driven and collaborative mindset, comfortable working with corporate clients and innovative startups alike.

It would be great if you also have:

Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or data-driven products from concept to launch.
Familiarity with prompt design, AI model capabilities, and human-AI interaction patterns.
Understanding of data visualization, complex workflows, or systems thinking for AI-driven experiences.
Curiosity for future design paradigms such as multi-modal interfaces, voice AI, or agent-based interaction
